GRANT SUBSIDY

The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), administrated by Enterprise Singapore, helps Singapore companies grow and transform. This grant supports projects that help your brand, by upgrading your business capabilities, and innovate or venture overseas.

As announced at Budget 2022, for the Food Services and Retail sectors, support level will be at up to 80% from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023

With effect from 1 January 2017, SMEs seeking EDG support for consultancy-related costs under their capability upgrading projects will have to engage certified management consultants who possess Enterprise Singapore-recognised certification.

For EDG applications, SMEs can apply for EDG Grant if they meet the following criteria:

Be registered and operating in Singapore Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding Be in a financially viable position to start and complete the project
